Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. The product must be returned to the address below. (All the text in Blue must be on the return package)

Once the package is received by our fulfillment center a refund will be issued. Please see options below.

 

For packages lost in transit- all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Tracking history will be investigated. (Purchase price will be refunded if claims find that the package was lost in transit)

Received Incorrect Order - Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Please send us an email and we can discuss the issue.

Wrong Address - If you entered an incorrect address, please QUICKLY send me an email with your ORDER NUMBER and your CORRECTED ADDRESS so that it can be corrected before fulfillment. In the event that the order has already be fulfilled the buyer unfortunately will not be receiving a refund due to this error. (In every case the address can be corrected before it ships if notified with in one business day so please communicate with me immediately and everything should be alright) 

Insufficient Address- An address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

Returned by Customer - It is best to get in touch with us before selecting this option. Size exchanges are offered however, a new order would need to be placed for an updated size. The refund of the previous item is a separate transaction and will be issued once your package is received by our fulfillment center. 

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Hinkle & Co. reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
